In case of cancellation of tour due to any unavoidable reason, please inform us in writing
and it will be effective from the date we receive the letter.
Cancellation charges is as follows:
30 days or more before departure :  booking fee is refundable
29 days – 15 days before departure :  20% will be deducted
14 days – 0 day before departure :  NO REFUND
The money will be refunded accordingly to the person who has made the payment to us.
The refund process will take a minimum of 4 weeks due to banking procedures. Only written policy shall be entertained

( 01 ) Please read itinerary carefully and understand the contents and prices.
( 02 ) Please take care of the belongings before leaving the car or Hotels. Company is not responsible for any loss.
( 03 ) Many small hotels / resorts do not have lift so kindly inform us in advance if you are not comfortable with stairs.
( 04 ) As per the directive given by the Government of India, all Indian/Foreign Nationals are required to provide proper proof of identification upon check in. Valid identifications documents are Passport & Visa, Voters Id card, Current Driver’s License. All the documents must include a photograph.
( 05 ) For extra adult many hotels provide extra beds. Kindly inform us in advance.
( 06 ) It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind
of allergy ( especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance.
( 07 ) Many hotels charge extra for room heater or Wi-Fi. Normal package does not include this so
in that case these charges should be paid at hotels.
( 08 ) Due to any reason if Vehicle breakdown due to technical reasons we will try our best to arrange another vehicle as soon as possible for the major problems. For minor problems which will not take much time vehicle will be repaired. Kindly cooperate.
( 09 ) We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.
( 10 ) AC will not work in all hill areas
( 11 ) In some hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not
allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate.
( 12 ) In case you want multiple visits to some place kindly mention in
advance because som
places are having very high charges of parking.
( 13 )Tour destination / route cannot change without prior notice
( 14 ) Sometime vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing
spots. Guests need to reach the parking at their own cost.
( 15 ) No refund for short stay or unveiled facilities
( 16 ) No cancellation or any refund will be made if situation is beyond our control, such as bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, any embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, roadblocks, heavy snow fall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes Company is not responsible for any accident/injury/death/theft of person or property during the tour.

It involves visiting four sacred shrines located in the Indian state of Uttarakhand:

Gangotri: Dedicated to Goddess Ganga, it is situated at an altitude of about 3,100 meters (10,200 feet). The Gangotri Temple is the main religious site here. The Ganges River originates from the Gangotri Glacier and is considered one of the holiest rivers in Hinduism.

Yamunotri: The westernmost shrine of the Char Dham Yatra, It is home to Goddess Yamuna and is located at an altitude of approximately 3,293 meters (10,804 feet) in the Garhwal Himalayas. The Yamunotri Temple is the pilgrimage site, and you can also visit the natural thermal hot springs known as "Yamunotri Kund." A hot spring in cold region! Isn’t it amazing?

Kedarnath: The Kedarnath Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and it is one of the most revered Hindu temples in the world. It is perfectly located at an altitude of approx 3,583 meters (11,755 feet), near the source of the Mandakini River.

Badrinath: Home to Lord Vishnu, the temple has the Lord in Badri form. It is located at an elevation of about 3,133 meters (10,279 feet), on the banks of the Alaknanda River.

Day 1: Malaysia to Delhi

Take your flight from Malaysia to Delhi, the capital city of India, which is also the first city visited by most of the foreign tourists. Our driver will meet you at the airport and help you reach the hotel, where you can rest and relax. If you desire, explore nearby markets in the evening.  Have dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi to Haridwar (213 Km by Road/4 hours drive)

Leave for Haridwar after having your breakfast.  Our driver will wait for you at the exit and help you carry your luggage. On arrival, check in to your hotel to rest and relax. Feel spiritual at the evening Ganga Arti. Nothing can be more divine than this. After the Arti, have Prasad, and return back to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Haridwar to Barkot (192.4 km/6.5 hours drive)

Leave for Barkot early in the morning. Have your breakfast before leaving. Barkot is a picturesque hilly town, located on the banks of River Yamuna. The route offers beautiful sights that will leave you captivated.

Take the necessary stuff for Yamunotri Darshan and leave your hotel early in the morning. Do the Darshan and come back to Barkot. From Barkot, you can book ponies, horses, or palanquins to and back from the temple.

Have a hearty meal and take a sound sleep in the night.

Day 6: Uttarkashi to Gangotri (100 kms/4 hours) & back to Uttarkashi

The early morning is reserved for the Gangotri temple visit. Leave for Gangotri Darshan, the temple dedicated to Goddess Ganga. The place is the origin of this Holy River that is worshipped in India. The water from this river is considered sacred and used in almost every religious activity. After the darshan, get back to Uttarkashi where you will stay at your hotel. Have dinner there only.

Day 7: Uttarkashi to Guptkashi (200 km/7 hours) or Sitapur

Proceed for the next shrine or temple from Uttarkashi. You will travel to Guptkashi after having breakfast at the hotel. The route is equally scenic like Uttarkashi, and offers an amazing view of mountains. The weather will be slightly colder throughout the tour; enjoy the cool breeze and feel refreshed. If you feel like, you can stop at any point for selfies and food. In the evening, check in to your hotel for overnight stay. Enjoy your dinner and relax.

Day 8: Sitapur/Guptkashi to Phata to Kedarnath (16 km – 6 hours by trekking/8min by helipad) – Phata – Sitapur

Leave for the next shrine. The routes are difficult, but by God’s Grace, you can cover it all. As you already know about the climate, carry essentials like woolens, toiletries, emergency medicines, etc.
For this sacred tour, you have options to trek or book a doli or helipad. The cost should be managed by the pilgrims only. Do the darshan, and get back to Sitapur.
Physical exhaustion must be there so check-in to your hotel and rest. Have dinner and sleep well in the night.

Leave for the Lord’s Darshan early in the morning. After the Darshan, you can explore nearby locations and stay there a little longer to feel the divinity. The locations are picturesque, perfect for taking some pictures to create lifelong memories. Get back to your hotel and rest.

The Journey towards plains begins from here. Have your breakfast before leaving for the Holy City of Haridwar. Before leaving, you can perform morning Ganga Arti, and Visit Yoga centers. Rishikesh is also known as the Place of Yogis.
Reach Haridwar, which also houses some of the famous temples. If you feel, you can visit a few of them. Take part in the Ganga Arti, and get back to your hotel for dinner and night stay.
