Terms and Conditions


Annai Holiday India SDN. BHD is a tour & travel company registered in New Delhi, India.  

Booking tours with the tour operator gives your consent to the Terms & Conditions detailed below.

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully for your own information and appropriate use of the website. It is important to read and understand various terms & conditions associated with the booking of services through the website.


There exists a contract between you and Annai Holiday India SDN. BHD when we confirm your tour of choice after receiving the signed booking amount.

The terms and conditions apply to all of the bookings made by you, whether through a consultatnt or over the phone or email as well as online bookings via the website

For acceptance of the booking, all relevant sections must be correctly filled and duly signed by you. We can only accept booking after your signature as it ensures your confirmation on the tour and our terms and conditions. It also means you are entering into a contract with us.

Prices and taxes

The prices quoted here on the website are in The Malaysian ringgit, based on twin share accommodation, unless specified separately. Kindly note that the prices quoted on the website are subject to change, which is at the sole discretion of the supplier. Price may also happen even after the booking, for reasons beyond our control, which can increase the cost of the Product. Factors causing price change may include currency fluctuations, increase in airfare, taxes etc.

Get in touch our Help & Support team for the latest updates on price. Price change may apply even after the full payment, for matters beyond our control.

Kindly note that prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes, and may be subject to changes in case of an increase in those taxes. If mentioned, you may be liable for paying taxes in addition to the estimated price of the Product. It takes into consideration local taxes or surcharges at airports or resorts/hotels.


The Products are our Travel Packages or Services that we offer, which are available for booking via our website and other channels acceptable to us. They are subject to change without prior notice.

All Products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied by the Supplier (in case of third-party services, which are not under our control) with no prior notice.


For the services contracted, you need to pay 50% the total tour cost per person. It should be paid to the official account of Annai Holiday India SDN. BHD. It is essential to hold the booking, and the balance amount should be booked at least 7 days prior to the date of your departure. We reserve the right to decide upon the amount as advance payment, based on the offerings and time left for the commencement of the tour. In a different scenario like during peak holiday seasons, full payment has to be paid as advance.  

Cancellation and Refund

All cancellations must be given in written via official email, at least 30 days prior to the date of the commencement of tour.

Cancellation charges levied by us are as follows:

·        10% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled before 30 days

·        25% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled before 15 days

·        50% of the total amount if the booking is cancelled before 07 days

·        100% cancellation in case of instant cancellation

Hotels and other reservations (if applicable) require reconfirmation by the customer at least a week earlier to the actually date of check in. In case of failure in giving consent, hotels reserve the right to levy appropriate charges, which is payable by the customer making reservations through our website. Annai Holiday India SDN. BHD. is not responsible for these refunds until the same has been received by the hotel. For credit card payments, the contract is final.  Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian rupees in India, at the end of the tour as per the applicable conversion rates at the time of refund. All legal disputes will be reported in Indian Jurisdiction, New Delhi.

Refunds for unused services or shortening of tour due to emergency/genuine reasons will be processed within 10 days of returning to your country.

Liability for Third –Party Services

Annai Holiday India SDN BHD does not have direct control over hotels or other facilities mentioned on the website/in the tour itinerary. They are governed by concerning authorities. We cannot be held liable for any matter raised on their behalf.

That being said, we ensure that reasonable steps are taken by the organization in maintaining standards while delivering services that are acceptable by the customers.

Complaints or Disputes

While we strive our best to ensure top-notch traveling experience for all our customers, and make it a trouble-free vacation but things may be unpredictable. For any complaint, get in touch with your tour manager, who will do everything possible to resolve the matter instantly. However, if the resolution provided is not satisfactory, you must get in touch with the company within 28 days in writing. Not acting on time will impact the investigation and the outcome of the complaint. Any dispute between the client and Annai Holiday India SDN BHD shall be governed by Jurisdiction of India.

Passport & Visa Assistance

Foreign travelers must possess a valid passport and valid Visa (at least 6 months validity). Processing of passport is not provided by us; Visa services provided by us are additional services, for which there’re separate charges. Visa Service charges are not included in the itinerary cost.

Prolonged Stay – Early Check-in / Late Check-out

Standard check-in/check-out times apply to hotels booked through us, for itineraries. Early check-in and late check-out charges are not included in the itinerary. While we can request for early check-in and late check-out time, but we do not guarantee as it entirely depends on the policy of the hotel and availability of the room.  

More than Intended Use of Vehicle

Extra usage of vehicles (that goes beyond the usage mentioned in itinerary) is chargeable, which has to be paid by the clients.

Amendments to Itinerary in Unavoidable Circumstances

Once begun, tour will strictly go as per the itinerary. However, events and circumstances which are not under our control may prompt us to change all or parts of the itinerary for safety of our esteemed clients. We reserve the right to do so.


Surges may apply in case of sudden hike in fuel charges, schedule airfare, or any taxes levied by the government.

Our liability

Annai Holiday India SDN. BHD accepts liability for arrangements which are solely under our control, and therefore accepts the liability to our clients for misdeed or negligence of our employees.

However, there are circumstances, which are beyond our control and where we are ready to accept liability.

In no circumstances, the company shall be liable to the client or any other person traveling with him or her for: death, accidents, personal injury, sickness, loss, delay, increased expenses, damage or theft howsoever caused.

Any act, default or omission of any independent contractor or third-party provider or by their employees/agents by them who may be engaged in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage or other facility or service for the client or other person traveling with them howsoever caused.

 Annai Holiday India SDN. BHD doesn’t take liability for arrangements for acts outside our control such as natural disaster, industrial disputes, civil strife, terrorists activities, riots, threat or war, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather, closure of airports, sea ports, and similar events, which are outside our control, or are due to unforeseen events outside our control.
